Alexandra Jzmailovitch
The daughter of Russian general, she attempted the life of the Governor Kurlov of Minsk, who was responsible for the fiendish Jewish pogrom of 1906. Sent to Siberia for life, she was liberated by the February Revolution, in 1917. A member of the Left Social Revolutionists, she became one of the most active spirits in the All-Russian Soviet of Peasant Deputies. A very able literary woman. Since 1919 imprisoned by the Bolsheviki. In very poor health.
