Murdered by the State in Salt Lake City November 19 th 1915

Worker of the world, awaken !

If the workers take a nation,
They can stop all speeding trains ;
Every ship upon the ocean
They can tie with mighty chains ;
Every wheel in the creation,
Every mine and every mill,
Fleets and armies of the nation,
Will at their command stand still.

Arise, ye prisoners of starvation !
Fight for your own emancipation ;
Arise, ye slaves of every nation,
In One Union Grand.
Our little ones for bread are craying ;
And millions are from hunger dying ;
The end the means is justifying,
Tis the final stand.

Marines et armées de la nation,

Sur leur ordre tout s’arrête.

Combattez pour votre propre émancipation ;

Surgissez, vous forçats du travail, de chaque nation,

Dans Une Grande Union (Syndicale).

Nos petits enfants pleurent pour le pain ;
